In 1994, RE/MAX of Alyeska was formed in Girdwood, Alaska by Brad and Kristen Cole. They operated until 2007, when Bryan and Sharnee Epley took ownership of the Brokerage. In 2013, the office was relocating to 118 Lindblad Ave, Suite 200 where it remains today. In 2018, Stuart and Grace Greene acquired ownership of RE/MAX of Alyeska and continued operations until 2024. In 2024, to better serve the community, RE/MAX of Alyeska became Chugach Properties and proudly continues its tradition of honest and professional service. No other Girdwood based real estate office has been in business as long, or sold as much real estate, as Chugach Properties. They continue to be market innovators, focused on helping Buyers and Sellers meet their Real Estate objectives.
